The Society of Construction Law for Africa (SCLA) aims to give all interested and professional individuals and companies access to internationally published resources and networking and educational opportunities in order to promote education, study and research in the field of construction law and related subjects.

Like the societies across Europe and in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Hong Kong, the SCLA supports educational bodies, sponsors annual prize papers and generally promotes the development of construction law.
